ObjectBrain provides a fundamental new architecture of intelligence called Object Intelligence (OI). Our services include perception systems, structured memory layers, and autonomous task execution capabilities across connected devices and platforms.
Your Account and Identity
To use most features of ObjectBrain, you must create an account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate.
Your unique {.object} identity is permanent once selected. It is non-transferable and represents your unique cryptographic presence on our network. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ObjectBrain services for:
Illegal purposes or activities
Harassment of any individual
Reverse engineering the OI architecture
Abuse of the API or rate limits
Impersonation of others
Spreading malicious software
Subscription and Payments
Some features require a Pro subscription. By subscribing, you agree to our pricing at the time of purchase.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
Intellectual Property
ObjectBrain owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the OI architecture, branded graphics, code, and website content. Users retain full ownership over any content or context stored within their personal OI memory instance.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us or using the self-service deletion tool in your settings.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
